April IDEAS: Fun Fold Shadow Box Card Featuring Textured Notes

Welcome to our April IDEAS blog hop! This month, we’re bringing you a whole collection of Fun Fold projects that will surprise and delight. Whether you’re looking to add a little wow to your next card or trying something new, we’ve got you covered with a bundle full of exciting tutorials.

My contribution this month is a Shadow Box Card, featuring the Textured Notes stamp set and coordinating dies. I just love the dimensional look of this style – it folds flat for posting but pops open to reveal a beautiful layered scene. And believe it or not it’s not overly complicated, which is always a win in my books!
Here’s a little sneak peek of the front:

I used Woven Textures Designer Series Paper, Lost Lagoon and Moody Mauve cardstock, and added lots of depth with collage-style stamping, die cuts, and fussy cutting. The shadow box frame gives a gorgeous 3D effect that really makes the design pop.

-> A quick reminder: Moody Mauve is one of the retiring In Colors this month! If you love it as much as I do, now is the perfect time to stock up on cardstock, ink pads, and refills before they sell out. These In Colors are only available while supplies last – and they often go quickly once the retirement list is announced.
As always, this is just one of many fabulous projects included in our April IDEAS Tutorial Bundle. You’ll find step-by-step instructions, measurements, and clear photos to guide you through making this card yourself. Plus, you’ll get tutorials from talented Stampin’ Up! demonstrators from around the world – all following the same Fun Folds theme.
