Bloom For You + Fun Flower Punch = Perfect Match
The Bloom For You stamp (page 139 Annual Stampin’ Up! catalogue) and its matching Fun Flower punch (p219) are a match made in paper craft heaven!
With only two items you can make a range of cut Bloom For You flowers in any colour you want. Great for making 3D flowers and paper bouquets, as an element on a card or scrapbook page, and because these are a fairly decent size they make great gift tags too.
To make these Bloom For You flowers I used a couple of extra co-ordinating punches that I had on hand, and they really helped to finish the flower nicely withOUT any hand cutting. Yay for that!
The other punches I used were the small (2.2cm) Scallop Circle Punch and the half inch circle punch, all available from my Stampin’ Up! online store. To assemble, it was simply a matter of stamping the flowers a number of times in the different coloured Stampin’ Up! classic inks and then punching out the required pieces. Layer the pieces with a Stampin’ Dimensionals in between or just some adhesive.
Don’t forget the amazing Year End Close-Out sale is on. Check out my online store Clearance Rack for details.
Note: The colours used on the card at the top of this page are from the 2014-2016 In Color range – Lost Lagoon, Crushed Curry and Blackberry Bliss – all on a Crumb Cake note card. The panel of patterned paper is from the Park Lane Designer Series Paper pack.
