CTC 62: Flowering Fields
Welcome back to another CASE-ing the Catty blog hop, where the CTC Crew take inspiration from the current Stampin’ Up! catalogues. CASE means ‘copy and share everything’ or ‘copy and selectively edit’. Either way, we hope you’ll join in too and share your creations via the CASE-ing The Catty blog. Winners announced at the start of each month.
This week we’re turning to the Sale-a-bration brochure and choosing our favourite card sample to copy/edit.
Flowering Fields: Sale-a-bration stamp set
I chose the Flowering Fields stamp set, and this image below, which immediately caught my eye for its clean and simple lines…
And here is my interpretation. Yes, it’s pretty close to the original this week! I only changed up the colours to Mint Macaron and Watermelon Wonder, and swapped the sentiment too.
But I couldn’t stop there! I was inspired by the simplicity of this lovely stamp set so went on to make a tag for this gift box.
Nice and simple!
And together they make a lovely little gift and card set.
That’s it for me this week. We just got home from our two-week camping trip to the beach and I have a huge pile of washing to take care of, but I had to get the important things done first. Know what I mean? 😉

Happy stamping,
Flowering Fields is a sweet and simple stamp, but by golly it can make a nice card. I like the flowers coming from different angles on the tag too.
Thanks Rachel. It is a lovely set, definitely a keeper.
Your card and box are so pretty!! I love the soft colours you have used.
Thanks Rebecca!
Love the clean and simple. This stamp set is a bit of a winner I think!! Love the tag on the gift box, it’s so nice to see such a lovely project that’s quite simple but so lovely!!
Thanks Julia. 🙂
Your card might be simple, but boy it is pretty Simone! I love how with a few embellishments & a change up of colour you have created a beautiful project, much better than the original! The box is a great addition & adds another creative use for this stamp set. The washing can wait when there are pretty floral creations to be made!
My thoughts exactly! The washing can definitely wait! 🙂
Beautiful Simone, yes this is an amazing stampset, I have already had lots of fun with it too. Love the card but the tag is superb. Great idea using the trio corner punch at the top of the tag. Think I’ll have to try that too.
Thanks Liz. It’s good the trio corner punch carried over, I’ll have to remember to use it more often.
Love the softer, more feminine feel you have given to your card with the pretty colours, Simone. The tag is fabulous too. Gorgeous, floral creations! 🙂
I am loving this stamp set and wow the clear and simple card, using the colours they just stand out so much with the white space.
Lovely sweet card Simone! Love that it is so simple and yet so elegant. Pinned your card. 🙂
What a beautiful set you have created, Simone. Love the delicate look of the flowers on the tag.
What a pretty card and matching tag. Love your version with the gorgeous colour palette.
A lovely CASE Simone! What a great combo – card and matching gift box with tag! I LOVE the colours you have used!
