CTC 76: Have a Cuppa
This week we’re looking at the Have a Cuppa suite of products on pages 34 – 37 of the Occasions Catalogue.
The gorgeous A Nice Cuppa stamp set and coordinating Cups & Kettle Framelits are retiring! Nooooooo……
The good news is the bundle is still available in Australia (as of today) although I know in some other markets around the world it is already sold out.
So Aussies, you still have a chance to add these stamps and dies to your collection – buy them together for a 15% saving!
What I love MOST about this bundle:
- the adorable little spoon, knife and fork framelits… Oh my goodness, they look amazing die cut from silver foil paper
- The coffee cup die!
- The little heart-shaped steam – gorgeous cut out in vellum
- The sweet little tea bag stamps
- It’s unique! These are the kinds of dies that people search for after they are no longer available. Don’t miss out – you’ll regret it!
Here is my project, based on the cute treat bag on page 34.
And here was the inspiration. I kept it mostly the same. We made this project in a few classes and events recently – a fun and practical project.
Join the challenge
This year we are doing a monthly challenge and I’d love for you to join in. If you’ve been inspired by our blog hop, just add to the linky tool in this post which will run for the whole of the month.
A temporary good bye…
This will be my last CTC post for a few weeks, as we are about to head off to Europe for the Stampin’ Up! Incentive Trip. My hubby, kids and I will join qualified demonstrators from around the world on an amazing Mediterranean Cruise to Spain, Italy and France. Don’t forget to follow my Stamping With Simone Facebook Page for updates on our Stampin’ Up! cruise adventures.
Next stop on the hop is the lovely Monique Fielder, you can check out her work here or click on the Next button below.
Happy stamping,
An adorable little bag decoration. LOVE the hanging spoon!
Wow Simone, congratulations hope it’s a fabulous trip. Love your bag with the addition of the spoon, it looks perfect. Did you distress the foil at all or create a ‘bowl’ in the spoon, it looks 3D . Love it
You’re right Liz! I did gently curve the silver foil paper to create a more natural looking ‘curve’ in the spoon. Well spotted. 🙂
Yes I love the dangling spoon from the top too- What a fabulous idea!!
How cute is your bag!! and the spoon looks real. Have an amazing time on your trip, you deserve it.
