Getting in Early with Snowflake Soiree
Snowflake Soiree stamp set and Window Frames Collection framelit dies: both carryover items and available in the current Seasonal Catalogue by Stampin' Up!.
Don't worry, it's not Christmas already!
But I know I'm not the only who vowed that Christmas won't sneak up on me this year. So to inspire us to make a few festive cards each month I'll be posting a Christmas project on the 25th (or thereabouts) each month.
So who's with me?
Today's Christmas project is one I just HAD to share with you. It was made by a fabulous stamping friend, Jenny, who not only is a gorgeous lady but is extremely talented. It's such a treat to get one of her cards, and her last Christmas card actually took my breath away!
Catalogue tip: Did you know that the Snowflake Soiree is still available? It was in the Christmas seasonal catalogue, but you'll find it listed on p34 of the new Seasonal Catalogue as a carryover item. AUD$41.95 for clear mount. LOVE how it works so perfectly with the Window Frames Collection framelit dies for the Big Shot (also a carryover item, aren't we lucky?).
Happy stamping,
p.s. WordPress has a cool new feature: a LIKE button! If you don't have time to leave a comment, let me know you've visited by clicking it (it's just below, next to the star). That would be awesome. Blog subscriber? You might have to visit the web page to see it.
What a gorgeous card. I love those window framelits & the bling. Well done Jenny! Well done to you Simone for getting started early on those Xmas cards 🙂
Thanks Tricia! My theory is, if I do about 5 a month between now and then I’ll be that much more prepared than I was this past year. Many of my Chrissy cards were still in pieces on my desk… on Boxing Day! Plus I LOVE Christmas (who doesn’t?).
Great idea. I still have some made from last Christmas – so I figure I have a head start LOL.
I had to push the like button!
Go Vicki! HOpefully I’ve caught up by October – hehe. xx
love that idea, I might try and do the same on my blog, this card is just gorgeous (not sure I'll live up to that standard!)
[…] I discovered that she had decided to make a few Christmas cards each month and post one on her blog,https://simonebartrum.com/cards/getting-in-early-with-snowflake-soiree/ around the 25th to remind us all not to leave it till the last minute!! Great idea, so I figured […]
