These cards feature the yummy Sweet Always DSP (designer series paper).
This is an easy cardmaking technique as it uses up strips of paper, and is very quick and simple. The DSP coordinates perfectly with Choc Chip. Regal Rose, Pumpkin Pie and Pink Pirouette.

Organic Grace is a beautiful set that is available exclusively to hostesses (it’s a Level 1 hostess set). It’s been really popular too! This week I had a play with it, and discovered that you can make a great variety of cards.
The Get Well card has been created in natural colours from the Earth Elements family: Old Olive, More Mustard and Ruby Red. The sentiment is from Thoughts & Prayers stamp set, which was sponged around the edge then punched out with the new wide oval punch.
Two scallop circles punched from Ruby Red cardstock were joined to create a mat for the Get Well Soon sentiment.

Little Miss 5yo picked the colours for this Hello card – doesn’t it change the whole look of the card! I love this combo of Tempting Turquoise (which I admit I very rarely use!), Rose Red and So Saffron. The scraps were put to use to create these 3×3 inch gift cards below.

Stampin’ Up! announced a fantastic promotion this month to reward our workshop hostesses even more than usual.
If you’ve been to one of my workshops in the past you’ll already know they are heaps of fun. You get:
- a fun night out with friends,
- a chance to relax,
- to learn something new, and
- to unleash your creativity
AND we make really cute, practical projects that are more than a little special (I love spoiling my hostesses and their guests, yes there’s often chocolate involved! hehehe).
For hostesses, it’s even better! It gives you an opportunity to earn exclusive hostess stamp sets AND award dollars to spend on anything at all in the catalogue!
But the big news is that during June and July, workshops over $600 in sales will earn hostesses an extra $40 to spend. Yep, this is IN ADDITION to the normal benefits of at least $70 to spend plus a free hostess stamp set.
There’s never been a better time to host your own workshop, so I have opened up a few more times/days to give my wonderful customers a chance to book one. If you’re interested contact me for your pick of dates.
I’ve had heaps of fun this week making cards using the hostess stamp sets. Check back tomorrow for some photos of these.
