This week the CTC crew are turning to pages 4 – 6 of the NEW Holiday Catalogue, where we find the sweet Candy Cane Lane suite of products.
[Check out the entire suite in my online store here.]
This suite has papers, markers, washi tape and more, in the colours of Crumb Cake, Early Espresso, Real Red and White.

Candy Cane Lane
The project that caught my eye this week was the one on the bottom of page 4: the Quick & Easy seasonal tags.

I took a little bit of artistic license with my interpretation this week. I converted the Candy Cane Lane DSP tags to note cards and stepped them up by adding a few extra elements. I swapped the stamp set too.
And this is what I came up with:

The Layering Circle framelits came into their own in this project. I just adore those delicate scallop edges on some of the framelits, and the convenience of having so many different sizes in one pack.
To have a separate handheld punch in each of these sizes would cost hundreds of dollars! Thankfully we’ve now got the cost-effective and space-saving alternative of layering circle framelits.

The Candy Cane Lane papers feature cute little houses, delicate dots, little gingerbread, hearts, candy and more. A lovely Christmas paper if you want an alternative to the traditional reds and greens.
It’s now time to continue on to the hop. Next port of call is the lovely Rebecca. Click here to see what she has for us this week, or click on the buttons below.

Happy stamping,

Hi friends! Well here we are back at the end of another weekend. I hope you had a great one!
We had a fabulous (and busy!) time at the Melbourne Paperific Expo all weekend but it’s great to now join the CTC Crew for another awesome hop.
We’re looking at the Artistic Expressions section. Yes, it’s a big one. All the way from pages 92 to 157! Enjoy!
I love Swirly Bird stamp set on page 152. So versatile, and the framelit dies that coordinate are so fun.
Here is the project that caught my eye this week:

And here is my version:

I kept to the same layout and stamps, just changed the colour this week.

Can you pick the colours?
The die cut cardstock is Bermuda Bay, Rich Razzleberry and Melon Mambo.
So lets continue with the blog hop. Next on the hop is the lovely Jackie Noble, and I’m sure you’ll love the gorgeous project she has for us today.

Of course at any time you can jump back to the CASE-ing the Catty blog right here.
Have a fantastic week!
Happy stamping,

Hello! I’m so excited to back with the CTC crew this week, as we CASE (copy and share everything) from one of the lovely projects in the Stampin’ Up! catalogue. This week we return to the Everyday Occasions section of the annual catalogue. You can find all those inspirational creations on pages 66 to 91.
This week I was quite taken by the sweet box on page 80.
Here it is:

It was made with the Baker’s Box thinlits dies and features the You’re Sublime stamp set on the front.
For my creation, I made a couple of little changes which really changed the whole tone of the box.

I swapped the Watermelon Wonder Mini Striped ribbon for the Mint Macaron and the front of my box features the Awesomely Artistic stamp set.

I’ve also added some copper!
Now it’s sooooo hard to photograph, but the sentiment is embossed with Copper embossing powder and is tied on with copper thread.

The dragonfly was also heat embossed with copper powder.

This is such a cute box! A lovely little size for making your own gift boxes.
Thanks for visiting our CASE-ing the Catty blog hop today. Continue along your journey to the lovely Judy May to see her adorable spinner card. And if you get lost along the way you can always check back to the CTC blog here.

Want to join in? Just a copy a project out of the catalogue based on our weekly theme and share the link here.
Happy stamping,
