Love is in the air this week, as the CASE-ing The Catty crew get in the mood for Valentines Day.
This time we’re taking inspiration from any of the current catalogues, so I went for the cute Groovy Love card on page 20 of the annual Stampin’ Up! catalogue.
You can see the original in my catalogue on the right, and my version on the left.

I used some pretties from the Occasions catalogue including the divine Blushing Bride glimmer paper and the Love Blossoms Embellishment kit.

Now I’d love to extend an invitation to you to join in the creativity this month. Simply look to one of the Stampin’ Up! catalogues for inspiration, make a card with a Valentine theme, and share your link with us!

You may have joined me from Jackie’s blog, or heading forward around to Helen’s page. If you lose your place, just head on back to the CASE-ing the Catty’s home base here.

Until next time, happy stamping,

This week the CASEing the Catty crew are looking at the It’s My Party suite on pages 3 – 7 of the Occasions Catalogue, and I’ve chosen the fun Party Wishes stamp set and punch pack bundle. Lots of fun stuff going on in these pages, perfect for celebrating birthdays of any age. If you are joining the blog hop this month you may have arrived from Jackie’s blog or you may be starting here. Either way, I hope you enjoy checking out all our projects this week.
Party Wishes
Ok let’s get straight to it. I was inspired by the little gift boxes on page 4 to make this treat holder with the Polka Dot Cone cellophane bags and the Party Wishes stamp set:

This could be a cute little party bag, or a ‘little something’ for a child’s birthday. The bags are food safe and you get 25 in a pack so they’re quite good value.
I found more inspiration on page 5, so added a little card to my ensemble.

We used the teeny balloon punch from the Party Punch pack of 3 punches – those punches are absolutely adorable! You can also save 15% when you get stamps and punches at the same time with the Party Wishes bundle.
Here are the projects from the catalogue that were my inspiration, and my two projects underneath:

The full list of products are below, but to continue on with the hop you’ll be visiting the talented Judy May. Have fun!

Happy stamping,

Welcome back to another CASE-ing the Catty blog hop, where the CTC Crew take inspiration from the current Stampin’ Up! catalogues. CASE means ‘copy and share everything’ or ‘copy and selectively edit’. Either way, we hope you’ll join in too and share your creations via the CASE-ing The Catty blog. Winners announced at the start of each month.
This week we’re turning to the Sale-a-bration brochure and choosing our favourite card sample to copy/edit.

Flowering Fields: Sale-a-bration stamp set
I chose the Flowering Fields stamp set, and this image below, which immediately caught my eye for its clean and simple lines…

And here is my interpretation. Yes, it’s pretty close to the original this week! I only changed up the colours to Mint Macaron and Watermelon Wonder, and swapped the sentiment too.

But I couldn’t stop there! I was inspired by the simplicity of this lovely stamp set so went on to make a tag for this gift box.

Nice and simple!
And together they make a lovely little gift and card set.

That’s it for me this week. We just got home from our two-week camping trip to the beach and I have a huge pile of washing to take care of, but I had to get the important things done first. Know what I mean? 😉
